Customer Service Account Representative.
Oversight and coordination of all aspects of the client’s business
Work with clients Forecasted Sales Projections (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly)
Completion of Daily Department Reports
Coordination with IT for all aspects of client services including:
o EDI set up
o New Account set up
o Sales reports to customers (daily, monthly)
o Compliance specifications – label, packing slip & BOL requirements
Inventory reconciliation
Order processing
o Order entry
- Manual
- FTP
- EDI
o Order printing
o Management of order flow & Shipping expectations
Day to day issues
Detailed Project Management with necessary departments
New Item Set Up (case packs, weights, prices)
New Account Set Up (shipping and billing information)
Routing and Compliance maintenance
Overseeing Inventory levels
o Work with client on product availability as it relates to order fulfillment.
Assisting customer with order tracking and delivery confirmation
Timely chargeback resolution
o Log chargeback’s within the given month, every month.
o Investigate and coordinate with all departments (Warehouse, Shipping, IT, etc.) to eliminate reoccurrences.
o Reconciliation and credits to account (if any)
Customer “Return Goods” overview and reconciliation
Travel to client facility as necessary
Client and customer interface is required.
Good verbal and written communication skills are a necessity.

Supply Chain Retail Vendor Compliance Coordinator
Department Store, Drug Chain, & Mass Retailer supply chain compliance coordinator to insure all shipments meet necessary requirements to avoid “industry specific” chargebacks.
Functional understanding of labeling, routing, and transportation compliance requirements.
Able to create professional data base for operations to utilize for day to day operations for all accounts.
Ability to negotiate.
Research chargebacks when they occur and resolve. Institute corrective action(s) to avoid reoccurrence.
Client and customer interface is required.
Proactive personality
Good verbal and written communication skills are a necessity.
Team Player- able to be the hands-on “supervisor / partner” with all departments and team members in terms of compliance management.
Cosmetic, Fragrance, and Toiletry experience is beneficial.

Shipping Supervisor
Determine work procedures and prepare work schedules according to workflow in the distribution center.
Issue written and oral instructions and enforce policies and procedures,
Study and implement new procedures to improve efficiency of dock loaders and maintain harmony among fellow workers.
Communicate with other Supervisors in the D.C. to ensure coordination of other warehouse activities.
Communicate with Supervisors / Managers from other facilities and coordinate inventory movement between buildings.
Dispatch both leased and house drivers for delivery and pick up’s between facilities, issue freight routing routing instructions when needed, and request
freight rates from carriers for volume, time critical international, and air shipments.
Previous transportation and logistics experience. Knowledge of carriers and the trucking business is a plus.
Reading and writing English and basic math skill are required for this position. Good people skills.
Responsible for all activities and shipments made from this facility.
